• say no if I mean no,
• learn to speak a no that is taken seriously,
• be a head rather than a tail in life,
• win deeper rela�onships,
• gain more space for myself to live,
• help others to follow rules,
• help others to overcome their mistrust,
• find inner strength, together with others,
• in my rela�onships.
